Cancellation Policy

Payment is due when your session is booked. Payments are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or professional obligations. If you need to reschedule, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your session will be moved to the next available day and time that works for both of you.

Changes requested less than 24 hours before the session, as well as missed sessions, are considered late cancellations. The session fee will not be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.
