Service Description
The Intro session is a get-to-know-you session where you can ask any questions you may have. It's free, and it lasts 30 minutes. You leave with clear direction, concrete next steps, and confidence in your decision.
Cancellation Policy
Virtual Session Booking & Rescheduling Policy Payment is due when your session is booked. Payments are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or professional obligations. If you need to reschedule, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your session will be moved to the next available day and time that works for both of you. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the session, as well as missed sessions, are considered late cancellations. The session fee will not be refunded or credited toward a future appointment. Please contact your therapist as soon as possible if an emergency or unexpected circumstance affects your ability to attend.
